today announced the launch of their Customer
Satisfaction Initiative: Identity Management
(CSI:IdM) program along with their partner,
BMC Software. CSI:IdM is a recognition to
the customers' growing need to extend their
current Identity Management (IdM) deployments,
to identify potential issues and roadblocks.
This initiative has been
designed to leverage the potential of an
active IdM setup and ensure that the objectives
of the business are met. BMC Software and
ILANTUS in their effort to recognize customers'
growing need, extend their current Identity
Management deployments to increase the value
of their Identity Management investments.
Commenting on the launch
of this initiative, Mr. Binod Singh, CEO,

CSI:IdM transforms the automated

This initiative identifies the basic requirements
and priorities of organizations through
an onsite assessment by IdM consultants
who explore the current status, operational
issues and priorities, document the assessment
findings, correct specific critical issues.
They also recommend further areas of benefits
available through the integration of an
existing Identity Management environment.
Customers who have implemented
BMC Software Identity Management Suite,
or are in the process of doing it, will
be eligible to enroll into the CSI:IdM program.
Further partners will also have access to
these privileges.
