Automated System Access Renewal for CONTROL-SA®
Annually CMS (Consolidated Medicaid/Medicare Services) enterprise users are required to certify their current system access. Each user completes this certification process with a form. After this form is processed by the Security Department, the user’s access is extended for another 12 months. If the end user does not reconcile his access by a specified date then the end user's access to CMS system is revoked. CMS users are also required to complete a training session annually known as “Computer Based Training” (CBT). If CBT training is not completed on an annual basis their access to CMS enterprise is revoked.
