Automated System Access Renewal for CONTROL-SA®
Annually CMS (Consolidated Medicaid/Medicare Services) enterprise users are required to certify their current system access. Each user completes this certification process with a form. After this form is processed by the Security Department, the user’s access is extended for another 12 months.

If the end user does not reconcile his access by a specified date then the end user's access to CMS system is revoked. CMS users are also required to complete a training session annually known as “Computer Based Training” (CBT). If CBT training is not completed on an annual basis their access to CMS enterprise is revoked.
This product will help CMS users to renew their system access & CBT Training session through Control-SA Passport.
