Overview

Organizations typically implement IAM in a phased manner. The first phase, typically involves implementation of the basic functionality like password management so that low hanging fruits of the implementation are realized. In the second phase request/approval system is automated and in the third phase role based access control will be implemented.

The challenge associated with these activities is that the exact scope of work and duration cannot be defined in a precise manner. This would be activities that needs to be done on an ongoing basis by people who have rich domain and technology experience.

LifeCycle Management Services offered by ILANTUS addresses this needs of organizations by providing a basket of effort that can be utilized by the customer to address the various needs identified above. The service would be delivered by deploying skilled IAM resources onsite at the customer premise. These experts will be supported through the Competency center from offshore for providing service.


The Life Cycle Management Services is split into three categories:
  • Base Line Services
    Day-to-day support in refining the deployment environment which includes usability improvements, upgrades/migrations and user awareness trainings

  • Advanced Services
    This includes one time services to enhance the scope of the deployment. The service typically includes Feasibility studies for implementing new functionality, review of user management policies and proof of concepts

  • High Value Services
    This typically includes integration of the IAM solution with another technology (ex: access management solution, another user provisioning solutions) or specific adaptor development.
