Job Description
- The Engineer will be responsible for hands on development, infrastructure and integration efforts with Periodic Certification and Role Management solution.
- The Engineer will work with various customer application/system teams to meet requirements of access recertification and audit compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master degree in Information Technology, a related discipline
- 2 months years of Role and Compliance Manager experience with a focus in access governance implementation or support;
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies:
- Aveksa (Aveksa Compliance Manager (ACM), Aveksa Role Manager, Aveksa Request Manager)
- SailPoint (SailPoint Compliance Manager, SailPoint Role Manager, SailPoint Request Manager)
- CA Role Manager
- Oracle Role Manager
- Sun Role Manager / Vauu
- Understanding of business processes associated with user recertification audit cycles and ability to setup reviews and remediation solutions that meet complex business requirements
- Technical Skills:
- LDAP directories
- J2EE development
- UNIX concepts and scripting
- a good understanding of XML concepts
- foundational security infrastructure concepts
- Professional Skills:
- Eagerness to contribute both individually and in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implementation of Access Governance solution for re-certification and/or role management solution.
- Interaction with application/system teams that manage major user repositories and/or need to automate/standardize user access recertification process, to gather requirements, design and deliver solution to
- Gather requirements and Guide / recommend the right process for applications access re-certifications, taking into consideration the impact to the environment and standards set in by customer.
- Recommend improvements, corrections, remediation on requirements for associated projects.
- Development of role based access control framework based user access and business requirements for employees, contractors, customers or third parties.
- Integration of Access Governance Solution to other Identity Manager or other tools for access remediation (de-provisioning of user access) in systems.
- Create and maintain documentation for security related activities
- and metric reporting.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly identifying the best option in a emergency situation
- Ability to work with different teams and interact with technical and business folks across the Enterprise
